We specialize in insulation of mechanical piping, HVAC ducts, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment. In addition, Thermaltech offers installation of heat trace and removable insulation covers.
Mechanical Piping Insulation
Skilled in both interior and exterior applications, Thermaltech offers insulation of chilled water, heating hot water, steam, refrigerant, condensate, vent, and process piping.
Duct Insulation
Thermaltech provides insulation services on both interior and exterior supply air, return air, outside air, exhaust, and make-up air ducts. With additional skills in the application of fyrewrap of grease duct systems, we can meet all the duct insulation needs of our customers.
Plumbing Insulation
Thermaltech offers insulation services of domestic water, storm water, wastewater and ventilation systems.
Equipment Insulation
With extensive knowledge of the mechanical industry, Thermaltech can provide insulation of any mechanical equipment needed by the system. We often provide insulation for pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, chillers, and storage tanks.
Heat Trace
To provide our customers with additional options and resources to protect pipes from the cold weather, Thermaltech offers heat trace installation in addition to our insulation services. ​

Removable Insulation Covers
Thermaltech, Inc. offers fabrication and installation of custom-made removable insulation covers. These covers allow our customers to temporarily remove insulation for maintenance purposes, and then easily reapply the cover for continued use.
